At this workshop, we focus on creating shared sacred space through breathwork, movement and mindful intention setting. A gradual transition from personal to group experience-- we will begin on our mats and in a more private space. Our sense of community begins to build as we move synchronistically in breath and yoga, cultivating a safe & sacred space where there is room for healing and empowerment. You will leave feeling connected to the community around you and with a momento of your time-- an all natural soy wax candle created and designed by you, for you!
