Join me for some community & movement!
A 60 minute vinyasa class hosted by local birth & postpartum doula + yoga instructor Kaija Marshall. We'll start off with some simple warm ups, build heat & then settle in for some meditation and deep stretch. Come ready to meet other yogis or keep to yourself, just as long as you come as you are. Class is free, but preregistration is required as a waiver must be signed and on file for you to participate. Donations are welcome and can be in the form of cash, venmo's, hugs, high fives, whatever!
Class will be held at Pioneer Park, just to the left of the bathrooms. Bring a mat, water and perhaps a towel to cool off or cozy up during savasana.
